Help, it’s a Christmas Emergency!
Santa has received a letter from a little girl called Amy, but it’s damaged and he can’t work out what she wants for Christmas. Follow the trail and help Santa discover the right present in time for Christmas Eve!
Suitable for the whole family, this fully-accessible outdoor trail in Liverpool’s Calderstones Park is based on Emma Yarlett’s new interactive picture book Santa Post.
Tickets include a gift-wrapped copy of the book (RRP £12.99) and 20% off at The Reader Café or Ice Cream Parlour. Your little elves will also have the chance to send their own Santa Post and receive a reply in the post, from Santa himself!
Each session costs £12.99 for up to six people from a household bubble in accordance with current Government guidelines. The trail should take approximately 45 mins, following your adventure, show your booking confirmation in The Reader Café or Ice Cream?Parlour to claim 20% off all purchases made on the day.
Sessions are available to pre-book now at the link below, however we appreciate that for some families, advance booking can be difficult. With this in mind, four sessions will be released at 7am for on the day booking.
Please aim to arrive at the old Coach House *Gallery front door* at your session time to collect your map. The map will guide you through a series of clues taking you across Calderstones Park where you’ll discover all the present suggestions that Santa needs.
At the end of the trail, you’ll reach a very special Santa Postbox where your little elves can post their own letters to Santa - they’ll receive reply in the post from Santa himself. You can of course write your letter to Santa while you are visiting us, but if you would like to make something special at home and bring it along please ensure it has a return address for Santa to send his reply. If helpful you can download a letter template below:

Please note, families visiting after Friday 18 December may receive their reply from Santa after Christmas Day, no personal data will be stored or kept following the mail out of Santa's response letter.
At the end of your adventure, your map will lead you to an elf who will be on hand to gift each family a gift-wrapped copy of the Santa Post. Additional copies of the book can be purchased in the Reader Shop at the Mansion House.

In line with government advice we’ll be recording details of when your party arrives and leaves and will share this and relevant names and phone numbers with NHS Test and Trace if required. We ask that all guests respect these measures as we get used to this new way of working.
We know our booking system is a little bit clunky, we are working on it, thanks for bearing with us. If you do not have a Paypal account choose 'check out as guest' when paying for your booking.
